Custom Kit Development Services

We can provide you with specific antibodies and high-purity antigens, and Wuhan Huamei Biotechnology is capable of developing custom ELISA kits tailored to your specific requirements. Our assays can employ sandwich ELISA, competitive ELISA (for antigen quantification), indirect ELISA (for antibody quantification), or competitive ELISA (for small-molecule compound quantification) to accurately measure protein concentrations.

Provide materials

Materials required from the customer: the target protein or small-molecule compound; the corresponding antibody. If a sandwich assay is used, antibody pairs targeting different epitopes are required (monoclonal–monoclonal or monoclonal–polyclonal).

Materials provided by the company: Wuhan Huamei Biotechnology will procure commercial antibodies or antibody pairs on behalf of the client, or the client may supply the antigen, and Wuhan Huamei Biotechnology will then produce monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for kit development; biotin labeling of antibodies; imported enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates; relevant enzyme-conjugated secondary antibodies or enzyme-labeled reagents; corresponding buffer solutions; chromogenic systems, and other related materials.

If the customer wishes to specify particular reagents, please indicate this in advance.
