Main Responsibilities
1. Establish strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and biotech clients, identify collaboration opportunities, and drive order fulfillment.
2. Gain an in-depth understanding of Convergent’s laboratory business to help expand commercial opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and develop and acquire new customers.
3. Continuously monitor market conditions and provide recommendations on the company’s business direction.
4. Collaborate across teams with the PM and laboratory personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer complaints.
5. Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and progress, and promptly resolve any client issues.
6. Collaborate with technical personnel to develop tailored solutions and presentation materials that meet diverse customer needs, participate in customer bidding meetings, and provide quotations.
7. Strengthen company promotion through market resources, conferences, customer events, the company website, and social media.
8. Able to provide technical recommendations for laboratory analytical services.
Job Requirements
1. A degree in a biology-related field and at least five years of business development experience in the CRO industry.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Based on qualifications, the position may be relaxed to Director level.
